MARILYN ALLIS is a water colour artist working in a loose & impressionistic style, using strong vibrant colours capturing movement, and the energy of a scene. Working mainly in water colour, but also acrylic inks & mixed media. Marilyn won the SAA artist of the year title in 1999. She has exhibited at the RI in the Mall galleries’ & appeared on Channel 4’s watercolour challenge. She writes regular articles for art magazines & runs webinars for Painters online.
